All residents in NSW (except Cumberland) are able to enter Victoria since 6 pm, last Friday. People are allowed to move freely if they have a negative test result within 72 hours. The governor of Victoria, Daniel Andrews stated that the Health Authority assesses the latest epidemic situation daily to update restrictions at any time. According to current policy, the travel ban will last till March 17. Scott Morrison is considering opening travel bubbles with low-risk countries, such as Fiji and Vanuatu. However, this decision has to be made based on solid medical data and suggestions from chief medical experts of the federal government. Also, the health minister Greg Hunt refused to reveal which countries to be included and when the decision will be made.
